Dream Poem: 11/12/13

So many stars in my childhood bedroom--
The purpose was not one, but rather two:
A twinkling ceiling in a world of so few, and
To bring the night sky into full view.
Soon I didn't know how to differentiate the two--
And that's when I knew she didn't love me like
                                                     she used to do.
