Every week I read my Libra horoscope, as provided by astrologist Rob Brezsny. Brezsny's horoscopes are part fun, part educational, part insightful. Every week I am amazed by his wit, humor, intelligence, and unparalleled way of telling me how the stars above me are somehow working in my favor.
When I logged on to his website today, this little passage at the bottom of my horoscope resonated with me (see below). Maybe it's because today is my golden birthday--I'M 24 ON THE 24TH!--but probably because I'm really looking forward to this upcoming year. I'm well on my way to having my first manuscript ready for publication. Soon I'll be married to the love of my life. I also have some great friends who care about me, love me, and support me. I live a very blessed life, and for that I am so grateful.
Here's the passage:
"You came into this world as a radiant bundle of exuberant riddles. You slipped
into this dimension as a shimmering burst of spiral hallelujahs. You blasted
into this realm as a lush explosion of ecstatic gratitude. And it is your
birthright to fulfill those promises."
Happy birthday to me.
